Tom Riley (class of 2005) will be appearing at 9pm tonight (6th September) in the ITV1 drama Bouquet of Barbed Wire alongside Trevor Eve and fellow LAMDA alumnus, Hermione Norris. Meanwhile, Paul Tinto (class of 2010) is currently understudying in the critically acclaimed Black Watch at the Barbican Theatre which will run from 27th November 2010 to 22nd January 2011.

Genesis Fellow Joe Hill-Gibbins has received high critical acclaim for his revival of Martin McDonagh’s celebrated play, The Beauty Queen of Leenane.
The Beauty Queen Of Leenane established McDonagh's reputation on its premiere at the Royal Court in 1996, winning him Evening Standard and Critics' Circle awards and a Laurence Olivier Award nomination. It subsequently transferred to Broadway where it won a Tony Award for Best Play.

In yesterday's Watford Observer, Natalie Carter, a young girl studying at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and supported by The Genesis Foundation, spoke of her joy at becoming the first British girl to train for a full diploma at a prestigious Russian ballet school.

Yesterday, Natalie Carter, a young girl studying at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow and supported by the Genesis Foundation, passed her end of year ballet exam with a score of 4 out of 5! Natalie is now able to sign a contract for a further 3 years study and start working towards her diploma.

At the Academy, Natalie is also required to study the Russian language and in one year has progressed to a high enough standard that she has been placed into a Musical Literature class to aid her musical development.
