The focus of the Genesis Foundation is on helping inspirational young individuals in the fields of music, theatre, dance and the visual arts. In recent years the Genesis Foundation has supported young artists by partnering with well-known institutions in relevant art forms, for instance the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, the Royal Court Theatre, the Young Vic and LAMDA, and with the choral group The Sixteen.
Artists do not enter the projects via the Genesis Foundation directly but are encouraged to apply to the relevant institution.
The Genesis Prize, launched by the Genesis Foundation in 2012, recognises an outstanding mentor of young artistic talent.
